Cancellation & Capital Withdrawal Policy

This policy governs the procedures for slot cancellation and capital withdrawal under the Shared Partnership Investment Plan. It is strictly applicable to Shared Partnership Investors and not valid for private or full machine ownership plans.


๐Ÿ” 1. Policy Scope

This policy applies only to Shared Partnership Investors on the Iceman-Tech platform. Other investment types have different terms and conditions.


๐Ÿ’ฐ 2. Capital Withdrawal Terms

  • a. Contract Duration
    Every slot investment is a time-based contract with a defined expiration. Upon expiration, profits stop accumulating.


  • b. Capital Holding After Expiration
    After a slot expires, your capital is securely held in the system. No additional profit is earned during this holding period.


  • c. Investor Action Required
    You must manually request withdrawal of your capital after the slot expires. The system will not release funds automatically.


  • d. Processing Time
    Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 to 30 business days. Funds will appear on your dashboard for reinvestment or external withdrawal (bank account or wallet).


  • e. Early Withdrawal Fee
    If you request capital withdrawal before slot expiration, a 10% early exit fee will be deducted from your capital before processing.


โŒ 3. Slot Cancellation

  • a. Cancellation Request
    Investors can request to cancel a slot at any time. Once we receive your request, a confirmation email titled "Process in Progress" will be sent.


  • b. Profit Suspension During Processing
    No profits will be earned during the 7 to 30-day cancellation processing period.


  • c. Contract Termination
    After cancellation is complete, your contract with Iceman-Tech will be terminated. To continue earning, you must activate a new slot.

  • 1. All requests must be submitted through your Iceman-Tech dashboard.

  • 2. Unexpected delays may occur due to external banking issues or system maintenance. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

  • 3. We advise all investors to review slot terms carefully before initiating or cancelling an investment.
